Lentor Hills Residences location is along Lentor Hills Road. There are 2 sites, Parcel A and B, launched for tender. Hong Leong led joint venture won top bid at S$1,060 psf, with GuocoLand and TID. Parcel A is the bigger of the 2 sites. It has a land size of 184,460 sq ft. Thus this can be developed into more units. There will be 598 units of 1-bedroom to 4-bedroom dual key.

GuocoLand is also the developer for Lentor Modern, the other site next to Lentor MRT Station. For now, GuocoLand has stakes in 2 sites in the Lentor area. And there will be more GLS lands release for tender in Lentor. If they win top bids for more sites here, we might see a 2nd Guoco City after Bugis.
