The Lake Garden, former Lakeside Apartment, was sold en bloc at S$273.89 million, 14% above its S$240 million reserve price, on May 2022.

The 120-unit, 99-year leasehold project located near Jurong Lake Gardens and Jurong Lake District was sold to Winville Investment, a subsidiary of Singapore-Listed Wing Tai Holdings.

With a gross plot ratio of 2.1, Wing Tai plans to redevelop the site into an iconic 24-storey condominium of more than 300 units. Most of the units will enjoy unobstructed waterfront views of Jurong Lake as well as the lush greenery of the Jurong Lake, Chinese and Japanese Gardens.
