Sora, former Park View Mansion, has been sold en bloc at S$240 million to a joint-venture comprising CEL Development (40%), Sing-Haiyi Pearl (30%) and TK 189 Development (30%). This new development is launching for sale on 22 June 2024 at an average psf of S$2,180.
